I am so proud of our entire faculty and staff for all of the professional learning that took place this year regardless of modality. Working with the remote teachers was especially rewarding as we went from surviving to thriving as the year progressed. I met with Team Remote teachers weekly starting in September. By January, we dialed our meetings back to every other week. By the spring, we met monthly. Along the way, meeting agendas typically shared a "Tip of the Week" and a "Tool of the Week" to support remote teaching pedagogies.
